    Each of our relationships contribute to our happiness. When a relationship is stressful, hurtful, or chaotic, it can have a deep impact. I know that healing and recovery are possible. I’d love to find them with you.

    Good work! You are taking your next step towards feeling more confident in yourself and being able to move through life with more ease.

    I focus on helping people heal from experiences in their past. Often these experiences are with important people in life (like a family member, partner, or friend). The way you were treated by them could have been intentional or unintentional yet the way it makes you feel or think after is often the same.

    Here are some of the things people share with me in the first session:

    • having a critical inner voice towards themselves
    • feeling the need to make sure things go perfectly or to a very high standard that ends up bringing on more stress (like at work or at home)
    • trouble letting go and accepting things as they are
    • spending a lot of time thinking through situations but still feeling unsure about themselves
    • feeling like they are not good enough for themselves or others, and having feelings of rejection or failure when someone gives them feedback.
